This year the 2009 fire awards were held on the 8th October 2009 attracting many participants in the corporate, public and private sectors.

The awards seek to institutionalise integrity, transparency and credibility in financial reporting process in Kenya, creating confidence to users of financial information and ensuring disclosure standards in Kenya meet internationally recognized bench marks.

The annual competition promoted by the institute of certified public accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) The Nairobi stock exchange (NSE) and capital markets authority (CMA) showcases the organisations that have excelled in corporate governance, financial reporting and corporate social responsibility.

CfC Life once again clinched the 1st Runner up in the Insurance Category, as we did last year. As a continual winner and associate of these awards, we at CfC Life applaud our finance team and congratulate the organization as a whole for accomplishing, yet again, this stellar achievement.
