CFC Life Assurance Limited takes seriously the responsibility of fulfilling the promise undertaken when the policy was issued and insurance coverage became effective. When a covered loss under the policy occurs, CFC Life must be notified immediately in writing. Once the notice is received, the claimant will be supplied with necessary forms and requirements to facilitate settlement of the claim. CFC Life will continue guiding and offering necessary assistance to the claimant until the claim is settled.
